She has an extensive experience in all areas of Landlord and Tenant Law, including; setting-up freehold management companies, drafting participation agreements, statutory notices, tribunal applications, lease extensions, new leases, deeds of variation, small claims applications, enforcement applications and issuing proceeding. Caroline has acted for both landlord and tenants on numerous lease extensions and collective freehold acquisitions. She has experience in acting for small and large numbers of lessees in collective enfranchisement process and right of first refusal transactions. She regularly advises landlord’s on the requirements of letting properties on assured shorthold tenancies and assists in the eviction of tenants and applications for the recovery of rent arrears.
